HSA

The Handbell Society of Australasia (HSA) has a policy of lending handbells/tone chimes and belleplates to schools, churches, community groups or individuals who are members of the society, to promote the art of handbell ringing throughout Australia, New Zealand and the surrounding regions. The loan is for a calendar year and applications are more likely to be approved if they are submitted by the preceding August.
